The aim of HYCELTEC-2011 is both to highlight recent developments in science and technologies
of fuel cells, hydrogen and advanced batteries, and to create an
interdisciplinary forum for discussion extended not only to the
Iberian Scientific Community, but also to experts from all over the
world.
Following the success of the first and second
events that took place in Bilbao (Spain) in July 2008, and in
Vila-Real (Portugal) in September 2009, the third one is organized by
the Laboratory for Research in Combustion Technologies (LITEC), and
will be held from Monday 27th to Thursday 30th of June 2011 in Zaragoza (Spain).
The meeting will
provide an opportunity to highlight recent developments in a field
which represents one of the greatest challenges of the present
society: building a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy
future. Key topics, such as, energy conversion and storage,
alternative fuel technologies and environmental sciences will be
addressed. Emerging and future areas of growth will also be
identified.
